Tribute to Ladislas KIJNO

Around sixty works the Museum wanted to pay tribute to a sensitive Ladislas Kijno who would have celebrated his 94 years. The exhibition presents the great artist's creative periods through the series of rollers, white writings, back from Tahiti, China and Japan, its crumpled papers but also his works around poetry and many tributes made by this man committed. You will also discover the original series of drawings titled "Apocalypse 2000" that was carried Kijno in 1978 when he was hospitalized for one year. As he would have certainly appreciated, Ladislas Kijno will also be surrounded by the works of his great friends painters.
