Gladys Liez

It’s only after the birth of her third child that Gladys Liez decided to enter the workshop of a coppersmith master ! It was love at first sight for her and for the master himself, Fred Barnley, so impressed with the student’s abilities that he accepted to train her ! Learning ornamental brassware, soldering and sheen, Gladys Liez did measure up to her teacher’s expectations. Her work is exhibited at the most renowned in-ternational tradeshows while she continues her research work in her tiny and quiet village near Chateau-Thierry.
