A visionary named Fan Zhe

In Cambon-sur-Lignon, in the heart of Haute-Loire, a couple of young Chinese people, started their big project. In 2015, Fan Zhe and Siyin Lei Fan bought round 34 acres buildings. Since, they have made their artistic dream based on intercultural exchanges come true in the Cévenol international Park.
