The Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao

In 1997, the Guggenheim Foundation inaugurated a new museum built by Franck O' Gehry. Already known for his strange, deconstructed forms, he designed a building in Bilbao on the scale of his ambitions: a monumental sculpture with a chaotic, abstract appearance.
