Museum TV is accessible anywhere in the world on any devices connected to the Internet.

Can I try the service before subscribing?
You have a 7 day free trial period. Beyond these 7 days, your Museum TV subscription will automatically increase to € 9.90 per month or € 69 per year, depending on your choice.

All our programs are offered only in streaming through a monthly or annual subscription.
How do I watch Museum TV on my television?

It is possible to enjoy Museum TV on your TV using one of the following methods:

Via an operator, you can subscribe to the channel directly via your box Orange, Free, SFR, and Bouygues

Via our Android TV Application: available on the  Google Play store for televisions and Boxes that work with Android TV (Connected Televisions and SMART TVs, Android TV BOX, Freebox mini 4K, BBOX Miami and Ultym, SFR TV connect).

Via our Amazon Fire TV App: turn on your Fire TV stick connected to your television and search for Museum TV in the search bar.

Via our Apple TV App: search for Museum TV in the search bar.

By connecting your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable or other compatible cable. Simply connect the device you are using to play videos directly to your TV with an HDMI cable or adapter.

Via Airplay (on Mac): AirPlay technology allows you to play a video from an Apple or compatible device (iPhone, iPad, MAC) directly on your TV screen via an AirPlay receiver. Many devices are compatible with this technology, for example the FreeBox Revolution, AppleTV or the AirLink HDMI key. First choose your video on your MAC, iPhone, iPad or iPod. Launch the video, Then click on the AirPlay logo (bottom right, next to the video playback settings). On an iPhone, iPad or iPod, the logo appears after switching to full screen, by rotating the device to landscape. Select the desired AirPlay receiver: AppleTV, FreeBox Player, etc. The video is then played on the corresponding TV. A message appears on the screen informing you.

Via Chromecast (from a computer or an Android mobile device via the Chrome browser): the Chrome browser allows, from a computer or an Android mobile device, to cast a video in order to play it directly on your television via the ChromeCast. To play video on your TV with this technology, you need a Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra, or TV with Chromecast built-in. To directly cast a video, you must first launch the viewing on the source device, then just click on the Cast icon that appears at the bottom right of your screen while the video is playing.

How to change video language and video quality?
Museum TV is available in 3 languages, French, English, Russian.

First start the video, you can change the language and video quality at the bottom right by clicking on the little “wheel” on the website.

On applications this functionality is at the top right.

Can I offer a Museum TV subscription to a loved one?
Yes, to offer a “gift card” you must first register for free, then click on OFFER. Choose a monthly or annual subscription, fill in its details and your payment method. He will receive an email on the date you have chosen to connect to his user account.
How can we access to Museum TV Live on the website or on the applications?
With your subscription you have access to the live TV channel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access it by clicking on the Live visual or in the “Direct” menu bar, then click on “watch” to launch it. How can I unsubscribe from Museum TV?

  • Click on My offers.
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel, click Unsubscribe. If you have any problems unsubscribing, please let us know by writing to contact@museumtv.art and we will cancel your subscription manually.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, all data exchanged on the site is encrypted and secured via an SSL certificate (padlock in the “https” address bar). We use Stripe whose solution has been certified PSI-DSS Service Provider Level 1, the highest international security standard, and therefore secures the protection of data relating to the card and the transaction.
Is the debit automatic?
Yes, the debit is done automatically at the end of the 7 days of trial.

If you want to stop your subscription, just go to your member area and unsubscribe. You will continue to access the programs until the end of the anniversary date of your subscription!
