Street Art - They Own the Day

From “simple” tags to gigantic, colorful murals and collages, street art that was once suppressed is now officially open to the eye of the beholder. When did this shift take place? How do artists themselves experience this change in status and perception? Has their approach evolved along with their art? To tell these stories, we've come up with a fabulous playground: Laon's International Urban Arts festival.
